About this project
One less date to work out in your head.
This site does one small job: it estimates when a prescription supply runs out and gives you a date to check with your pharmacy about the next refill.
It was made for the ordinary moment when you are looking at a bottle, counting squares on a calendar, and wondering whether you are off by a day. The calculator uses only the information you enter, works entirely in your browser, and does not create an account or keep a medication list.
What it does not know: your prescription, insurer, pharmacy policy, prescriber instructions, remaining doses, or laws that apply to a particular medication. Treat the result as a reminder to ask—not a promise that a refill will be approved.
How the estimate works
If the pickup date is counted as day one, a 30-day supply picked up on April 1 runs through April 30. If your pharmacy says a refill can happen two days early, the suggested check-in date is April 29. You can change either convention in the calculator.
